Principal Consultant/Founder

Maurice Dunn, PhD has more than 25 years experience as an executive coach and organizational development consultant. He was initially trained in clinical psychology. After 10 years in private practice and multiple heath care settings, he re-specialized in Organizational Psychology. Given these two specialties, he is experienced in various types of individual assessment as well as organizational assessments. As a result of several years as a mental health clinician and then later a leadership coach, he is able to make the distinction between therapy and coaching.

He has successfully coached more than 250 healthcare C-level executive leaders, senior leaders, front-line managers and high potential leaders. Maurice brings value to his clients by helping them clarify their thoughts and ideas. He helps clients by using tools and processes to distinguish between the actionable and the merely interesting, the essential and the noise.
